I’m Charlie, a husband of 13 years, father of four, and lifelong builder. Construction isn’t just my work, it’s what I genuinely enjoy doing.
I started Charlie’s Exteriors to raise the standard in construction. Too many companies cut corners or disappear after the job. I built this company to be different. Honest work, quality craftsmanship, and a business I can pass down to my sons.
WHY US?
I’m hands-on with every project. You deal directly with me, not layers of management. Everyone on our crew works withus, not for us. We operate as one team with one goal: deliver quality results.
From asphalt shingles and standing seam metal to TPO and EPDM systems, we handle it all. We also take on rebuilds, framing, and ground-up projects when needed.
Roof repairs are a major part of what we do. Our repair teams are experts at tracking down leaks on everything from single-family homes to multi-story commercial buildings across the Denver metro, Front Range, and mountain communities.
