City of Thornton – Carousel Roof Completed a full commercial roofing restoration for the City of Thornton featuring a multi-layer overlay system. Scope of work included: Overlay system with fill/flu eps insulation ½" high-density coverboard mechanically fastened using 12 plates per 4×8 sheet (3" plates) Fully adhered white TPO membrane for a clean, energy-efficient finish
